Update Monday, June 21 at 5pm AT
Matthew arrived safely at the funeral home (Roper & Sons), in Lincoln Nebraska at 11am today. The Lord worked it out that a couple, who are friends of Matt & Sarah, and happened to be driving across the country for an event, realize that they would be arriving in Nebraska around the same time as Matthew. They were able to get to the funeral home just before Matt arrived. They were able to pray with him and eat lunch with him. What a blessing that was that the Lord allowed this in his perfect timing.
Sarah and the rest of the family are making good progress in their journey home. They arrived in Casper, WY late last night. This morning they continue their journey.
Caleb (Sarah & Matt's eldest son) shared this song with Sarah. She said she was listening to it today.

Here are the words:
Scars in Heaven by Casting Crowns
Would be the last time
I would have put off all the things I had to do
I would have stayed a little longer
Held on a little tighter
Now what I'd give for one more day with you
Where something's missing
And they tell me that it's gonna heal with time
But I know you're in a place
Where all your wounds have been erased
And knowing yours are healed is healing mine
They won't belong to me and you
There'll be no such thing as broken
And all the old will be made new
And the thought that makes me smile now
Even as the tears fall down
Is that the only scars in Heaven
Are on the Hands that hold you now
You picked up your share of scars along the way
Oh, but now you're standing in the sun
You've fought your fight and your race is run
The pain is all a million miles away
They won't belong to me and you
There'll be no such thing as broken
And all the old will be made new
And the thought that makes me smile now
Even as the tears fall down
Is that the only scars in Heaven, yeah
Are on the Hands that hold you now
Hallelujah
Hallelujah
For the Hands that hold you now
You live on in all the better parts of me
Until I'm standing with you in the sun
I'll fight this fight and this race I'll run
Until I finally see what you can see, oh-oh
They won't belong to me and you
There'll be no such thing as broken
And all the old will be made new
And the thought that makes me smile now
Even as the tears fall down
Is that the only scars in Heaven
Are on the Hands that hold you now
